Na tarde desta quarta-feira (8), parte do teto do Osasco Plaza Shopping, na cidade de Osasco, desabou sobre a praça de alimentação.
Segundo o Corpo de Bombeiros, a laje, onde funciona um estacionamento, caiu sobre a praça de alimentação. Por isso, carros também caíram. Até o momento não há informações sobre vítimas.
Um vídeo registrado por um celular mostra o momento da queda (veja abaixo). O teto começa a soltar um pó branco, e um homem, que parece ser um segurança do shopping, leva uma lixeira amarela para baixo de onde o teto está cedendo e, de repente, ele desmorona. As pessoas que estão gravando se assustam e começam a correr. A câmera chega a registrar pratos quebrados.
Segundo o capitão Elias, porta-voz do Corpo de Bombeiros, o local havia sido isolado minutos antes por causa de um gotejamento.
“Nós estamos verificando nas câmeras de segurança para realmente confirmar que não havia ninguém. Os veículos caíram em um corredor lateral. Alguns estilhaços atingiram a praça de alimentação. E a tubulação de água que se rompeu também atingiu, portanto, a praça de alimentação. Ainda não há informações de vítimas. Porém, novamente, e ratificando, estamos confirmando essa informação, de acordo com câmeras de segurança no local.”
No Shopping já teve outra tragédia
O Osasco Plaza Shopping é o mesmo onde, em 11 de junho de 1996, véspera do Dia dos Namorados, um vazamento nos dutos de gás provocou a explosão que deixou 42 mortos no local.
